Cancellation and Return Policy

• Order Cancellation: You may request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing your purchase. Once this time has passed, your order enters processing and fulfillment, and cannot be canceled prior to shipment.

• Return Period: You have up to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in optimal condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• Return Shipping Costs & Customs:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the full cost of return shipping to our facility in Mexico City.

  • The buyer must fully pay all customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning the item prior to delivery. No refunds will be issued for merchandise held by customs due to unpaid import/export fees.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility to verify that it meets the required optimal conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal).
