Shipping Information

• Fulfillment Location: All orders are processed and shipped from our primary location: Avenida Fernando 91, Col. Álamos, C.P. 03400, Ciudad de México, Mexico.

• Shipping Cost Structure:

  • ELE Silveira covers a base allowance of $50 USD toward the total shipping cost of every order.

  • If the total shipping carrier fee exceeds $50 USD, the buyer will be responsible for paying the remaining balance at checkout.

• Import Taxes & Customs Duties:

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for paying all import taxes and duties required by their local customs authorities to release and deliver the package.

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding official Mexican holidays). Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
