Every trajectory begins long before it can be seen.
The trajectory of ELE SILVEIRA began at the intersection of two women, two disciplines, and two countries: fashion and aviation; Brazil and Mexico.
Elenice da Silveira, fashion designer and Creative Director, developed her language through form, proportion, color, and movement. Her vision begins with a precise conviction: a garment should not merely dress the body. It should express identity, command a presence, and remain in memory.
Katia Romero, aviator and Executive Director, brought a perspective shaped by a world in which every element serves a function, every decision carries consequences, and no trajectory exists without direction. In aviation, precision is not an aesthetic gesture; it is a way of thinking.
ELE SILVEIRA was born when these two perspectives ceased to move in parallel and met at the same coordinate.
Fashion contributed the ability to transform an idea into matter. Aviation introduced structure, discipline, and a sense of purpose. From this union emerged a house in which creativity and precision do not contradict one another: they depend on each other.
For this reason, aviation does not appear within ELE SILVEIRA as a superficial reference or decorative theme. It is part of the house’s creative system. It can be found in the architecture of a silhouette, the geometry of a bag, the logic of a fastening, the selection of materials, and the way each piece balances expression with function.
The house is also built between two territories.
Brazil contributes a sensibility connected to movement, color, and freedom of form. Mexico contributes strength, structure, and a profound relationship with craftsmanship. These two identities do not blend into a uniform narrative and disappear. They coexist, engage in dialogue, and preserve their individual character.
ELE SILVEIRA belongs to both places and, at the same time, is designed to cross borders.
This vision gave rise to a language of its own: silhouettes with a defined presence, chromatic codes drawn from the aviation universe, and technical materials transformed through design and construction. Every element responds to an intention. Nothing is present merely as decoration.
The ELE SILVEIRA woman is not defined by a fixed destination, either. She is defined by the way she moves forward.
She is a woman who makes decisions, changes coordinates, and understands that elegance does not mean remaining still. Her strength does not require rigidity, just as her femininity does not require fragility. She dresses to occupy her place with clarity.
For this reason, ELE SILVEIRA does not design objects alone. It creates pieces capable of accompanying trajectories: garments and accessories conceived for movement, yet constructed to endure.
Where Two Trajectories Meet records the point of origin of the house—the moment when creativity found direction and two seemingly different worlds revealed that they shared the same way of looking ahead.

Since September 1, 2026, ELE SILVEIRA has been present at DOORS NYC, establishing the house’s first international retail coordinate.
For a house born between Brazil and Mexico, this arrival represents the natural continuation of an identity built through the meeting of different territories, disciplines, and perspectives.

A first collection does more than introduce garments and objects. It establishes the language through which a house chooses to speak.
FIRST FLIGHT EDITION marks the point of departure for ELE SILVEIRA and brings together, for the first time, the principles that define its identity: structure, movement, precision, and direction.
The collection was not conceived from a trend, but from a system. Aviation determined the way each piece was considered: the relationship between form and function, the construction of the silhouettes, the selection of materials, and the use of color as a code of communication.
Cabin Blue, Safety Yellow, and Signal Red establish its first chromatic coordinates. Colors drawn from a universe in which they must guide, warn, and remain visible are transferred to the body to express identity and presence.
The collection balances seemingly opposing forces.
Tailoring provides structure; pleats introduce movement. Defined volumes coexist with feminine lines, while technical materials meet precise construction and carefully considered details.
The aviation Life Vest occupies a central place. Transformed into bags and garments, it preserves the memory of its original function and becomes one of the house’s most recognizable codes.

MAYDAY is a word reserved for moments in which there is no room for ambiguity.
In aviation, it communicates an emergency and demands an immediate response. ELE SILVEIRA takes the power of this code and transforms it into the name of one of its most representative pieces.
The MAYDAY bomber was born from the meeting of two elements belonging to the same universe: a silhouette originally conceived for flight and the material of an aviation life vest created for protection.
The Life Vests are deconstructed to release their technical material. Each section is studied, cut, and arranged according to its original dimensions, turning the limitations of the material into part of the design.
Its oversized silhouette allows freedom of movement and creates a commanding presence. Its volume amplifies the intensity of Safety Yellow: a color created to be recognized immediately that, within MAYDAY, ceases to communicate danger and becomes identity.
The piece does not conceal the origin of its material. Its variations, connections, and individual characteristics preserve the memory of the original object and reveal that it followed a previous trajectory.
MAYDAY does not use aviation as an added image. It brings together a historic flightwear archetype and a real material belonging to aviation safety systems.
The bomber ceases to respond to an emergency and becomes a statement. Its volume symbolically protects the body, its color demands visibility, and its material preserves the memory of the purpose for which it was created.

Every architecture begins with a question: how should space be inhabited?
In the COCKPIT bag, space becomes portable, structure accompanies the body, and every component occupies a position defined by its function.
Its name comes from the cockpit of an aircraft: the place where information is organized, decisions acquire direction, and everything must remain within precise reach of the person in command.
ELE SILVEIRA translates this logic into the design of a bag.
COCKPIT does not literally reproduce an aircraft cabin. It adopts its essential principle: creating a clear system within a limited space.
The distinctive cut of its flap interprets the geometry of an aircraft wing’s control surface. Just as these surfaces influence the direction and movement of an aircraft, the flap establishes a dynamic visual line and organizes the front structure of the bag. Its form is not arbitrary; it originates from a real aeronautical function.
Together with the flap, the patchwork defines the visual identity of COCKPIT. The arrangement of its panels, seams, and chromatic contrasts transforms the surface of the bag into a structured composition. It does not function as applied decoration, but as an integral part of its construction and design language.

Its compact silhouette creates presence without excess. The reinforced top handle establishes its axis; the detachable strap adapts it to different trajectories, while the magnetic closure protects the interior without interrupting the clarity of its form.
Within its construction, every material fulfills a purpose. The aviation Life Vest contributes technical memory, flexibility, and chromatic codes associated with safety. Bovine leather provides support and definition. The soft-touch lining, interior pocket, gold-tone hardware, and engraved carabiner complete a structure in which nothing is added without intention.
This precision allows COCKPIT to exist in different sizes and combinations without losing its identity. Across its BLUE, MAYDAY, ROUGE, AXIS, and RUNWAY SIGNAL versions, it retains the same architecture while each patchwork composition establishes a coordinate of its own.
COCKPIT represents one of ELE SILVEIRA’s central ideas: femininity and structure are not opposing concepts. A piece can be firm without becoming rigid, functional without surrendering emotion, and recognizable without relying on excess.

Before becoming part of an ELE SILVEIRA piece, this material belonged to another system.
The aviation Life Vest was conceived for a precise function: to remain compact, withstand demanding conditions, and become visible when every second matters. Its color, surface, and construction did not arise from an ornamental decision, but from necessity.
ELE SILVEIRA recognizes in this material something beyond its original function. It finds a history of precision, protection, and purpose that deserves to continue in a new form.
This is where its transformation begins.
Aviation life vests are deconstructed and reinterpreted as a design material. Their technical nylon, finished with a polyurethane coating, is released from the structure for which it was created and brought into dialogue with new proportions, volumes, and methods of construction.
The process requires each fragment to be observed differently: understanding its limits, respecting its characteristics, and deciding where it should remain flexible, where it requires structure, and how it can be integrated with bovine leather, linings, stitching, and hardware.
The transformation does not seek to conceal the material’s origin.
Its surface retains the memory of a technical object. The high-visibility yellow preserves the intensity of emergency codes. The particularities of each section reveal that the material had a previous existence—and that its value lies precisely in the fact that it was not originally conceived for fashion.
At ELE SILVEIRA, aviation is not represented: it is incorporated.
A uniform is not imitated, nor is an aircraft cabin reproduced. The house works with a real material from this universe and redirects its trajectory through design.
As it passes from aviation equipment into the atelier, the Life Vest ceases to be exclusively a functional device. It becomes volume, structure, and presence. It appears in bags, garments, and pieces that retain the strength of their origin while acquiring a new relationship with the body.
This operation defines an essential part of the house’s language: taking a material created to respond to an extreme circumstance and transforming it into an object conceived to endure.
Contemporary luxury does not depend solely on the rarity of a material. It also arises from the intelligence with which that material is observed, the precision with which it is transformed, and the ability to reveal a meaning that had previously remained concealed.
Every piece made from a Life Vest demands individual decisions. The distribution of the material, its connections, and its variations ensure that no two constructions are ever entirely identical. Craftsmanship intervenes to bring order to a technical material without erasing its character.
The result is neither a replica of the original object nor a nostalgic reference to aviation. It is a new identity.
